The Forest Hills Neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places. This handsome bronze National Register of Historic Places plaques and frameable certificates are available for contributing residences in the Forest Hills Historic District. You can download the Plaque Order Form online or learn if your home is a contributing residence.
Contributing residences are 50 years or older and have facades that have not been altered significantly. To determine if a property qualifies for a plaque or certificate, link to and select “Forest Hills Historic District.” At the bottom of the nomination summary click on “View the complete nomination form.”
