The Oaks at St. Anna’s Park replaces the formally known Gonzales Gardens. This Columbia Housing Authority development will offer 285 units total and bring in mixed-income residents, which means some will be subsidized and some not. If you've ordered something, consider using the Fedex or UPS alternate delivery features to hold the package or send it elsewhere. Look out for each other. It's the very best protection.
